Pulled pork, mac and cheese, beans and coleslaw were all really good. Tough to find really solid bbq in Michigan but this didn't disappoint.

Delicious food and great customer service. I ordered the burnt ends and my wife ordered the ribs. I've had real Texas BBQ before and this is great if not better.

Alright, as someone who has just been about everywhere in the USA and ate accordingly to the location, I would have to say that this place is by far the closest you will get to true southern BBQ. It has the look, the flavor, and everything to it in regard to taste and quality. I would highly recommend this place in every sense of the word.

Seriously the best brisket sandwich I've had in my whole life. My wife had the chicken sandwich and thought the same thing. the burnt ends were good too.

Bestttttt BBQ ever! the waiter was super ice and kind when he allowed me to order literals 15 minutes before closing and even gave me more of what the portion usually is. Thank you for the good food and awesome service. Highly recommend! (Also, kinda weird of me to say but I love their corn salsa even more than the meat)

Sparks BBQ is AMAZING! Not only is their food great, but their service is above and beyond the average. We hired Sparks BBQ to cater our June wedding. When COVID-19 hit and our 160 person wedding was pared down to 10, Dean Sparks worked with us and helped us still have an amazing wedding experience. They're an amazing local business with a great leader. Here's hoping we can still celebrate with our 160 guests someday and, you guessed it, we will be hiring Sparks BBQ for that event too.
